Menopause Workshop and Womens Circle

During this 3 hour workshop we will be focusing on embracing the changes that are taking place in our body, mind and spirit gaining the reassurance to let go of what no longer serves us and stepping into wholeness.
This workshop is for you whether you are peri menopausal, menopausal or post menopausal and you are experiencing physical , mental or spiritual changes . Together we will be taking time to share experiences, breathe, move with gentle accessible yoga poses before relaxing into restorative stillness.
Menopause Yoga can reduce stress, stretch and release physically held tension, cool and calm the nervous system and the energising and strengthening yoga practice can support our bone, brain and heart health.
Pam specialises in trauma sensitive bodyworker and facilitates your journey to wholeness through a variety of practices. Pam is a MY Accredited Teacher, who trained on the worlds first accredited 40 hour course recognised but the British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance Professionals.
