CORE II INTENSIVE – CORE Fascial Release Training – March 2019
In this course we continue the progression of learning that begins with CORE I (Edinburgh dates 1/2 December 2018).

In CORE II we continue to work with the one session, one hour “all purpose recipe” for a session of generic, good-for-what-ails-you bodywork. After that we learn specific CORE Fascial Release techniques that enhance the recipe and offers the practitioner a host of new specific areas to work on. We’ll also visit emotional anatomy, seated backwork and review a bibliography of related readings that support the CORE Philosophy.
