Trauma Release Exercises are an innovative series of exercises that assists the body in releasing deep patterns of chronic stress, tension and trauma.

TRE gently activates a natural reflex mechanism of shaking, soothing the nervous system and restoring an inner sense of peace and calm. Beneficial to both physical and mental health.
