Come and learn how to SHAKE OFF tension, stress and trauma in a gentle ,safe and natural way.

Utilising the body’s own mechanism for restoring balance to the nervous system it is possible to reduce anxiety and discharge long-held tension and trauma so that you’re better able to experience the joy of living.

During this introductory class you will learn how to initiate and regulate the neurogenic tremors such that you can repeat the process in the comfort of your own home.

When used regularly this self help technique can assist you to feel calmer, think clearer and be more present. It has the potential to enhance emotional capacity that can lead to a host of benefits including increased self-esteem, self-confidence, calmness, connectedness, clarity and overall a sense of vitality.

This class is suitable for anyone regardless of physical fitness of ability. All that is required is curiosity and comfortable clothes.

I have been wanting to let you know, for some time, the good results I have had from TRE. If you remember, I came for a 1 to 1 session with you some months ago. You showed me how to initiate and stop the tremors. I shake in a lying on my side in the bed position, and before I know it, I am asleep, or so calmed down that I can easily fall asleep. Often I repeat this during the night, every time I wake up, or when I wake up too early in the morning

The Workshop will take place on Friday 2 June 2017 at St Ninians Church Halls, Corstorphine, Edinburgh 1.00-3.00pm and will be limited to 8 participants.

COST
Cost is £30 and a £15 deposit reserves your place.

Places are limited to 8 participants.

Your facilitator is Pamela Martin BSc CST DARM RMT. Pam is a Registered TRE Provider and CranioSacral Therapist specialising in Advanced Remedial Bodywork. Pam has over 20 years experience of working with individuals and groups of all ages to restore balance and relieve pain by encouraging awareness, understanding, freedom and breath.
